On June 10th, Florence Beauregard—acting in her capacity as a Board member of the International Circle of Young Leaders (ICYL)—was honored to moderate a panel at the Montreal Conference. The session convened two emerging political figures, Louis-Philippe Sauvé and Gracia Kasoki Katahwa, for a dynamic and forward-thinking conversation centered on youth, leadership, and the power of change.
Guided by the conference theme “Change as a Driver of Opportunity,” the panel explored how today’s global and societal transformations can be leveraged to create lasting, positive impact. The panelists, drawing from their firsthand political experience, shared practical wisdom for navigating uncertainty and passionately encouraged young people to take a more active role in shaping their communities.
With a deft balance of clarity and empathy, Florence expertly facilitated the discussion, cultivating a space for meaningful dialogue and thoughtful reflection. The exchange highlighted the vital importance of adaptability, visionary thinking, and civic engagement in addressing the multifaceted challenges of our era.
Congratulations to Florence on this exceptional contribution—a powerful testament to her leadership and dedication, not only within our firm but also across the wider community.
