About

Mildred Bolanos-Lopez is an international business and trade lawyer with an entrepreneurial background, enabling her to provide practical legal advice tailored to companies and their stakeholders.

Assertive and goal- driven, her approach focuses on establishing solid legal foundations, thus ensuring that leaders and companies are well-prepared to successfully navigate the complex world of international trade.

She advises a variety of businesses at all stages of their development in international business law. Specifically, she assists them with incorporations, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Fluent in three languages, she strives to break down the linguistic and cultural barriers that may arise between different stakeholders during a mandate, in order to provide high-quality legal services to a diverse international clientele. She thus facilitates the establishment of foreign companies and their subsidiaries in Canada, particularly those of Spanish-speaking businesses.

Guided by her commitment and determination to shape a more ethical, sustainable, and inclusive business world, Mildred is pursuing an MBA. Her goal is to facilitate the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into the business strategy and corporate structure of companies concerned with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
