Our recent team retreat at Club Hermitage was a valuable opportunity to step away from the pace of daily work, connect in a different setting, and strengthen the relationships that support our work.

With team members based around the world, these in-person gatherings are especially meaningful. They allow us to share perspectives, gain a deeper understanding of one another’s experiences, and build the relationships that enable effective day-to-day collaboration.

The day highlighted the breadth of expertise across our team. In a legal and commercial landscape that continues to evolve, this diversity helps us approach issues thoughtfully, bring different viewpoints together, and remain attentive to the needs of the clients who place their trust in us.

We also had the pleasure of taking part in a workshop led by Louise Dufresne. Her thoughtful and accessible approach encouraged constructive dialogue, inviting us to deepen our collective reflection and explore new perspectives.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the day through their presence, openness, and energy. We left Club Hermitage feeling refreshed, more connected, and inspired by the collective knowledge and collaborative spirit that guide our work.
